She didn't know i had it delivered to my shop, I put fragile all over it this and up. Please do not keep in cold weather. She thought it was something glass inside. I kept saying to her, be careful with it or we're gonna have ants everywhere. I've always wanted an ant farm that threw our way off.

It’s my third piece, second one had a bumpy ride coming from where wherever it came from, more focus needs to be on the packing materials and the box it’s actually in. Recycled cardboard is OK if it’s local but when it’s traveling overseas, it takes a beating and it’s such a piece of art. I don’t want anything to happen to other people’s in the future. Please look at reinforcing your product in the shipping box 3rd one was a charm box was still beat to hell.. don’t know how it made it without any damage. But love the product.
