At Cstm Canvas, we take pride in creating custom canvases that are uniquely tailored to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if incorrect data is provided or if an incorrect canvas size or design is selected. Each order is handmade and specifically crafted for you, making it impossible for us to resell these items.
Order Cancellations
You have a 2-hour window from the time of purchase to request an order cancellation. To cancel your order, promptly contact our customer support team at support@cstmcanvas.co. Cancellations made after the 2-hour window may not be eligible for a refund. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that the address provided at the time of order placement is accurate. We send email and text confirmations to verify your order details. Cstm Canvas cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Orders
In the event of a lost or stolen order left at your front door or on your property, Cstm Canvas is not liable for such occurrences. For upcoming orders, you have the option to provide delivery instructions for leaving packages in a secure location.
Product Issues
If you encounter any issues with your canvas after receiving it, such as damage during shipping or quality concerns, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.
