Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world.
Each order is handmade with care and can take up to 7 days to complete.
Once your order is ready, you can expect delivery within the following timeframes:
AUS/NZ: 4-8 Business Days
USA/CAN: 5-10 Business Days
UK/IRE: 5-10 Business Days
EUROPE: 5-10 Business Days
Rest of the world: 10-15+ Business Days (additional $5 charge)

Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, and see order history.
Can I buy multiple canvases and have them shipped together?
We are restricted to shipping weight and size limits. We will do our best to accommodate your order in the most efficient way to reduce wastage. If you have any concerns, you can contact our friendly customer care team at support@cstmcanvas.co
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. We ship to many locations around the world. Please check our shipping policy to get a better idea on how long you can expect for your order to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What is your returns and refunds policy?
As we offer a bespoke and uniquely customised product, we do not offer returns. We strongly encourage you to carefully check your order for spelling and details before submitting to avoid misprints.
If you find you have made a mistake after submitting your purchase order please email our customer care team immediately so they can rectify the mistake as soon as possible.
